EviEM has a new home!
NEWS | 2016-01-28
On 11 January, we moved from the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences to Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI). Working with our colleagues at SEI brings EviEM closer to active research and provides us with access to a wide national and international network on research and policy.
The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, which has hosted the Mistra Council for Evidence-based Environmental Management (EviEM) since its inception in 2012, has provided excellent support during as we set up the organisation. EviEM has been part of the Academy’s environmental activities, and it is with heavy hearts that we leave our colleagues there.
But now it’s time for the next step in EviEM’s development. We look forward to strengthening our international work through SEI’s research centres in seven countries and through the six centers that make up the Collaboration for Environmental Evidence (CEE). We also see many opportunities to collaborate and strengthen our efforts to make science accessible to and applicable by decision makers.
Our new address is EviEM, Stockholm Environment Institute, Linnégatan 87 D, 115 23 Stockholm.
